Open position:

Lead Application Developer

Working on the Amino MOVE CloudTV solution, You as a Lead Applications Developer have strong background in leading technical teams and managing people. You are able to build teams with cross-functional skillset and to ensure that best engineering practices are used within the teams. Person in this role has a working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM), continuous integration, continuous development and DevOps.

As a person you are proactive and work well within the team in a multicultural and international environment. Customers and parners will find you credible to work with too. You are able to pass your message effectively throughout all levels of the organization with your good communication and English skills. You can attract, motivate and retain top caliber engineer for the organization, and stay on top of and apply the latests technology trends and engineering processes for the team and organization. You are also willing to learn new skills and technologies as per our business needs.

Main accountabilities

To ensure on-time delivery, quality, and resolution of tasks
Hands-on application development work
Ensure that the team is following company-wide engineering processes (coding practices, reviews, CI, CD, DevOps, etc)
Train and mentor the team as per skillset required by the business
Equip the team with the required tools, frameworks and technologies
Manage and administrate HR activities of direct reports, including team building and recruitment, performance reviews, sickness absence and any other employee relations

Required skills

Excellent planning and organizing skills, ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Detail-oriented mindset. Initiative in problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Strong background in leading technical teams and managing people
Experienced in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and Cloud S/W technology
Experienced in application development on Android, iOS and/or Web
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Knowledge of Jenkins, continuous integration/deployment and DevOps

Desired skills:

Familiarity with web services solution stack (LAMP, LEMP, MEAN, etc)
Familiarity with CloudTV solutions
Knowledge of open source software projects
Msc/Bsc in computer engineering or related skills
